Yes. We're Gas Safe registered, which is the legal requirement for any work on natural gas appliances in the UK. The engineer carries a Gas Safe ID card and you're welcome to ask to see it. Every installation, service, and repair we carry out is signed off against the national safety standard.
Standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 20:00. We work weekends as well as weekdays, handy for jobs that need to fit around shift work or busy households. For urgent breakdowns outside these hours, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
Yes, every installation quote is free and no-obligation. For boiler swaps and larger radiator jobs, we come out, look at the system, and give you a written price covering everything, parts, labour, removal of the old kit, the lot. No hidden extras when the invoice arrives.
We accept bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and cash. Payment is usually due on completion of the work. For larger installation jobs we can talk through staged payments if it helps you spread the cost, just ask when you book.

A like-for-like combi swap is usually finished by mid-afternoon, while a more involved job, relocating the boiler, fitting new pipework, upgrading controls, may stretch into the next day. We give you a clear timeline as part of the quote.
There's always a bit of dust and a lot of tools about during a boiler swap, but your home will be properly protected, dust sheets down, carpet protector laid, work area kept tidy. When we're finished, the home is left in the same condition it was in before we started. Cleaning up is part of the job, not an afterthought.

No more than absolutely necessary. We drain the system carefully, catch any drips, and lay down protection where we're working. Old radiators get taken away with us so you don't need to deal with disposal. The room is left tidy and the heating noticeably warmer.
Yes. System balancing is part of every radiator job. We adjust the lockshield valves so the flow is even across the whole system, meaning every radiator hits temperature at roughly the same rate, no room is cold while another cooks, and the boiler doesn't have to overwork to heat the property.
